These are really yummy. With just a hint of sweetness and spice they make a tasty and healthy snack. Enjoy them by themselves or as an addition to your morning cereal/oatmeal!

  • 1-1/2 cups raw Almonds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
  • Preheat oven to 325 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the almonds in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, allspice and maple syrup and pour into the almonds. Mix well.
  • Spread the almonds evenly on your prepared baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Let cool completely before eating. Transfer leftovers to an airtight container.
